We are spoiled in this town with the best weather!  Maybe I should stop mentioning it.  But when I look at these images, I'm reminded of how lucky we are.  The perfect temperatures put everyone in a good mood and that equals beautiful pictures.  This family was so much fun and so happy.  I must note that these are the last professional pictures of the little man and his gorgeous locks before he has his first haircut in celebration of his 3rd birthday.  So cute!

Happy New Year Everyone!  I'm feeling so energized and hopeful for 2013.  I hope you are too.  It's going to be a great one!

I've got quite a bit of work to share.  I would've started posting the holiday sessions sooner.  But I wanted to be absolutely sure that everyone got their holiday cards out so I didn't ruin any surprises.  First up, here's the "Gap" inspired family session.  Jen did such a great job styling her family.  She thought they looked like a Gap ad.  But, I think she did an awesome job!  Especially with Ella's high top Converse sneakers.  She proves to me every time why she was voted "best dressed" in high school(yes, we go waaaayyyy back).  Jen, I'm so glad I get to take your annual family pictures!  I loved so many of them this year.

Hammond Family | Seal Beach Pier | Seal Beach, California

The last time I photographed the Hammond family was two years ago in a park setting.  The boys were still so little :)  But now, with both of them old enough, we decided the beach would be perfect and I'm so glad we did.  This gorgeous family is so sweet and close and fun.  And the boys are gorgeous!  It was so great to see the four of you again.  Thanks Vicky and Matt.

Sebastian | Broad Beach, Malibu, CA

Sebastian is one special not-quite-two year old.  He had three of us running during this session down at a private access gem on Broad Beach in Malibu.  And I love him more for it.  Sand everywhere...especially in his mouth.  He just loved eating it!  In fact, after he threw it in his face, it came right back out.  Laurie, you're amazing!  And, Brandy, I couldn't have caught these beauties without you.  Thank you ladies.  You are both an inspiration for raising this beautiful boy.  He's such a sweet thing and I had a great time.  I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
